We are always looking for reliable, honest, and kind-hearted individuals to join our caregiver network.
Eligibility:
- Age: 20 to 50 years
- Minimum education: Class 8 (Higher qualifications preferred)
- Prior caregiving or nursing experience is an advantage
- Must be physically fit and mentally patient
- Willing to work flexible shifts (day/night)
Duties May Include:
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Medication reminders and health monitoring
- Light housekeeping and mobility support
- Providing companionship and emotional care
Training & Opportunities
No Experience? No Problem. We Train You.
Lifeline Homecare provides hands-on caregiver training for selected candidates. Through our training programs, you will:
- Learn patient care skills (elderly, maternity, special needs)
- Receive safety and hygiene certification
- Get real-life practice with supervision
- Learn communication and professionalism
Career Growth Path:
- Trainee Caregiver → Junior Caregiver → Certified Caregiver
- Opportunities to become a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Care Coordinator
